So I realized today that this will be the first year I'll have a boyfriend for Valentines Day (okay forget the fact that he's in Boston and I'm in North Carolina).
So what do I do? Buy him flowers? Chocolate? Actually he'd probably like chocolate but seriously folks what do you buy?
Not to mention the fact that I'm still (unsuccessfully) job hunting and have no money. Maybe a nice card will work. Heh I'm so cheap.
In other news, I've realized that my old friends will never die (in the sense of our friendships at least) and that thought relieves my worries about making friends here. So lately I've been concentrating on my work, and on myself (am I selfish? I think not) and on what I think really matters in life. There's no use worrying about things that can't be solved.. atleast not at the moment.
